Close to sea, shops, pastime and transport. Ideal accommodation at weekends for groups hen and stag groups. Also offering good quality budget priced accommodation, mid-week for families and couples. Wifi. Discounts available for children sharing with 2 adults. 2008 - we are running an current refurbishment program, any problems highlighted by guests will be addressed. Please note five rooms are wo private facilities and these share the use of 2 big public showertoilet rooms, plus an additional public toilet. Rooms can be reserved with a credit card guarantee, additional details will be required. All groups will be required to complete a booking form including bond previous to arrival. We do not mix groups with families. Please state which you are.

On a338 at bournemouth, at st. Pauls roundabout (bournemouth travel interchange), turn into st. Pauls road. Turn 1st left into holdenhurst road (dual carriageway). Approx. 100m, past texaco petrol station, at mini-roundabout go right round and back down dual carriageway, past bandq turn left into st. Swithuns road. Fifty metres road bears left into southcote road. The lodge is approx. 50m on right. Routemap will be provided on demand with resevation.
