3km se from york st. From the city centre round-about at york street, turn into st emilie
Way. Turn left on that round-about and you will need to continue straight on middleton beach road. Just past eyres park and middleton beach bowling club, turn right at the round-about. You have now entered golf links road and we are number 13 golflinks road.
