General Description:	The sweet orange guest residence is conveniently situated in sea reason, one of the maximum popular suburbs along the atlantic coast. petite shops, cafes & restaurants are all within walking distance. This gorgeous old victorian residence was built about 100 years ago. The wooden floors, ceilings, windows and doors are lovingly restored to their original state. Our spacious rooms (non smoking/approx. 30qm) are all individually designed and furnished with en-suite bathrooms. In each room is a minisafe. The city, v&a waterfront and the gorgeous beaches of clifton & camps bay are only minutes away by car. Just around the corner is the kilometre long beachfront, which is hugely popular for walking or jogging. The quiet garden with a petite pool is a perfect place to relax in the sun. In summertime the breakfast will be served in the garden and in winter, in the living kitchen at the big table in front of the fireplace. The wonderful reason between ocean and mountain has made cape town one of the maximum enchanting cities in the world. On demand we pick up our guest from the airport with our oldtimer shuttle service.

Studio/bachelor apartment - our bachelor studio with its 40 square meters is situated just opposite of sweet orange and it offers it’s guests a nice room with a king-size bed, roomy en suite bath room as well as a fully equipped open kitchen. Relax while having a braai at your confidential patio.
Transportation:	Directions to sweet orange guesthouse: From the airport you take the n2 direction cape town / waterfront. As soon as you enter the city, you will pass the traffic lights, at the 3rd robot turn right into somerset rd. Somerset rd. Will continue into prime rd. When you enter sea point, after 3.5 kilometers you will see a complete gas station on the left hand side. Turn left into bellevue rd. And sweet orange is the first house on you left hand side, painted in orange/white colors.
